Business Manager Job Description

Collinson is a global, privately-owned company that helps the world travel with ease and confidence. As a Business Manager, you will be part of the Product, Tech & Data team, supporting the Chief Product Officer and the Chief Technology and Data Officer in ensuring consistency of information between the two sides of the business unit.

The role involves managing meeting cadence, coordinating meetings and supporting materials, managing content and agendas for key events, and supporting leadership teams in driving cross-functional projects and prioritization. You will also lead or contribute to projects spanning various areas, including business and operational strategy, product development, data, reporting, and other key initiatives. Additionally, you will arrange and organize business travel for the senior management team, organize expense claim submissions, and perform various administrative duties as needed.

Key skills and qualifications include the ability to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders, influencing, consensus building, and sustaining relationships. You should be an expert at authoring presentations, manipulating spreadsheets, research, and report writing. Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite is also required.
