Business Manager Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join our Product, Tech & Data team. As a Business Manager, you will provide critical support to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the Chief Technology and Data Officer (CTDO). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure consistency of information between the two sides of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Action tracking and coordination of various stakeholders to drive business goals and objectives
- Enabling effective business decision making by providing crucial administrative and organisational assistance
- Managing meeting cadence across the business unit and coordinating meetings and supporting materials
- Project involvement, including supporting leadership teams in driving cross-functional projects and prioritisation
- Creating supporting meeting materials and presentations to drive purpose and desired outcomes for senior leadership teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Manager or relevant role
- Expertise in authoring presentations, manipulating spreadsheets, research and report writing
- Influencing, consensus building, and sustaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work on administrative duties alongside leading projects
- Experience using the full Microsoft Office suite
