As the Head of Customer Service Delivery, you'll play a key strategic and operational role in ensuring the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of this service.
Your Key Responsibilities
You'll have appropriate ownership and accountability for identifying and developing all culture, process, and performance improvements, and efficiencies for the customer. You'll be at the head of a team that will deliver customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and in person.
You'll be instrumental in the implementation of our People and Customer Promises, which will drive our effortless customer experience.
Your Ideal Profile
We're looking for a well-developed leader with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams. You'll have a proven track record of accomplishments and target-driven successes in the customer service field, extensive experience of leading operational customer service teams, and a strong understanding of the wider issues impacting the relevant markets.
