About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Strategy Director to join our Strategy & Transformation team in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing customer engagement and loyalty strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage meetings and present strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement data-led marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and activate customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in customer strategy, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in presenting complex strategies and translating goals into actionable plans.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with a focus on collaboration and influence.
  • Experience in using data to quantify and prioritize opportunities for growth.
