We are looking for a Customer Service Advocate to join our team in Soho. As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing our brand and its core values.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a unique retail environment, providing exceptional customer service. You will be passionate about technology and understand how to motivate team members as well as create rapport with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service, representing our brand and its core values.
  • Maintaining and giving the highest level of product knowledge and expertise to help our guests navigate the shopping experience.
  • Representing our brand and our core values.
  • Staying on top of necessary store processes and operations.
  • Stay up to date with sales and consumer trends to help achieve our sales objectives and coach the team in these.
  • Helping with in-store events, launches, and community meets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a unique retail environment, providing exceptional customer service is required.

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
