Enterprise Customer Advocate

We're seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team at TurinTech AI. As a TAM, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our enterprise customers maximize their value from our AI-powered code optimization platform. You'll work closely with our engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to implement TurinTech's platform, including integrations, deployment, and optimization.
- Develop and maintain expertise in TurinTech's AI-powered tools and provide guidance on best practices for code efficiency and reliability.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with our internal engineering teams.
- Design and deliver technical training and workshops to enhance customer knowledge of our platform.
- Work with customers to define technical requirements and ensure our platform aligns with their development environment and workflows.
- Promote adoption of TurinTech products within customer organizations by identifying opportunities for deeper integrations and wider usage.
- Provide actionable feedback to our product and engineering teams to drive improvements based on customer needs.
- Maintain platform performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect our customers.
- Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to support seamless onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
- A proven track record in technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in a SaaS or AI-driven product environment.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, debugging, and code optimization, with a plus for genetic algorithm familiarity.
- Experience with enterprise software integration and APIs in a SaaS or on-premise setup.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and frameworks, including Postman, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
