Institutional Sales Director

Fidelity Digital AssetsSM is committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients through innovative solutions and expert advice. As an Institutional Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the EU region.
With a proven track record of success in selling to large institutional asset allocators, you will possess a deep understanding of the complex needs and challenges faced by these clients. Your ability to effectively communicate with audiences of varying seniority and understanding of finance, cryptoassets, and distributed ledger technologies will be essential in building strong relationships and driving sales outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, preferably in the UK and EU regions, with a strong preference for fluency in German and/or French. You will also possess a thorough understanding of the asset management market and the ability to navigate the complex EU regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales goals and onboarding new clients.
- Collaborating with product and strategy teams to ideate new product functionality and stay ahead of the competition.
- Representing the voice of the market and the customer with peers and partners in product, marketing, legal, risk, compliance, relationship management, implementation, operations, and client service.
What We Offer:
