Job Title: Director of Institutional Sales and Advisory

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our institutional sales and advisory efforts in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in global financial markets, with a focus on building relationships with key clients across the UK and Europe.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in political risk and market strategy. As a Director of Institutional Sales and Advisory, you will be responsible for growing and retaining our institutional client base, driving revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts, and creating strategic account plans to support major business initiatives.

Maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of market developments across regions and asset classes is essential for this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and expand our client base.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming an expert in translating political risks into actionable investment insights
  • Building market share and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of institutional accounts
  • Creating strategic account plans and supporting major business initiatives
  • Maintaining cutting-edge knowledge of market developments across regions and asset classes

Requirements:
  • Experience in global financial markets in a client-facing role
  • Strong background in institutional sales, advisory, or consulting
  • Experience across multiple asset classes, with emphasis on Emerging Markets, FX, and Fixed Income
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to monetize research and advisory services
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters or MBA preferred
