About the Role

TSL is seeking an experienced Global Sales Director to lead our institutional investor sales team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth globally for institutional investors.
  • Manage a high-performing sales and account management team globally across London/NYC/HK.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the global institutional investor audience, specifically hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers, private banks, family offices etc.
  • Strong understanding of macro/investment research and how institutional investors use it to influence investment decisions.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
