Key Account Business Developer

Job Overview:
Molnlycke Health Care is a leading provider of medical products and solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Business Developer.
Compensation Package: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, including a monthly car allowance of £600, private pension up to 10% company contribution, life assurance and income protection, and employee assistance programme.
About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships to join our team. As a Key Account Business Developer, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales for total regional Steriwave & antiseptics products, leveraging existing customer relationships to gain access to new markets, and fostering a positive team environment of best practice and shared successes.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Develop and grow sales for total regional Steriwave & antiseptics products to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Leverage existing customer relationships to gain access to new markets
- Effectively plan and prioritise sales activities and customer contact
- Foster a positive team environment of best practice and shared successes
- Utilise relationships to arrange product evaluations/trials and to create case studies
- Create commercial proposals and utilise effectively in customer negotiations
- Liaise with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and convert these into product advocates
- Progress sales opportunities through pipeline to successful implementation and closure
- Become a trusted advisor and attain high levels of customer loyalty and advocacy
