Sales Development Specialist

As a Sales Development Specialist with the Universal Business Team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by nurturing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
About the Role
In this phone-based position, you will work with a mix of established accounts, warm leads, and some cold calling to build relationships, maximize revenue, and identify new opportunities for growth. You will use your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, offering them reliable products and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients.
- Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts.
- Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure.

- Sales experience: Proven telephone sales skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and relevant sales tools.
