Business Development Liaison

A leading estate agency, AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters, is seeking a Business Development Liaison to join their City Centre New Homes department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and New Homes Sales team to provide sales, administrative and marketing support, along with delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to the department sales team and Management to grow the company's business and enhance the Company's profile across all sectors.
- Collaborate with the team to promote and progress all sales, advertising and marketing initiatives, taking personal responsibility for specific initiatives as instructed by the management team.
- Assist the team by conducting viewings on site when required.
Main Duties:
- Respond to telephone and internet enquiries in a timely manner, booking appointments in the diary.
- Effective management of department administration and diary management, ensuring that appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Conduct site visits to carry out viewings as necessary.
- Utilize New Homes software efficiently.
