About the Role

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Exeter-based team, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth by nurturing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.



Key Responsibilities

  • Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients.
  • Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts.
  • Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure.


Requirements

  • Proven telephone sales skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and relevant sales tools.
  • A results-focused attitude with the ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Strong time management and adaptability in various customer situations.
  • Reliable, passionate about sales, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Benefits

  • Salary: £25-27,000 per annum (pro rata), plus performance-based commission.
