Sales Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our Exeter-based team, where you'll play a key role in driving business growth by nurturing existing customer accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients.
- Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts.
- Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure.
Requirements
- Proven telephone sales skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using CRM software and relevant sales tools.
- A results-focused attitude with the ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strong time management and adaptability in various customer situations.
- Reliable, passionate about sales, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
- Salary: £25-27,000 per annum (pro rata), plus performance-based commission.
