Business Development Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Accountant to join our team at PKF Francis Clark. As a key member of our audit and assurance teams, you will participate in our three-year training program to become a Chartered Accountant (ACA). You will gain experience in preparing annual statutory accounts and tax calculations, as well as assessing forecasts and projections.
Your daily tasks will be diverse, ranging from working in small project teams on medium-sized and large businesses for 1-2 weeks at a time to developing technical, commercial, and personal skills. You will identify key issues and risks facing a business each year and use data analytics tools to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reported information.
As a trainee, you will attend the office frequently for formal training and on-the-job learning – and with our caring and open culture, you will quickly feel like a valued member of the team. Our hybrid working model allows you to split your time between the office, home, and client sites.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
