Business Development Leader

Are you a driven and ambitious Business Development Leader looking for a new challenge? We're seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to join our growing accountancy practice at ISCA Recruitment.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and tax returns for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be ACA or ACCA qualified with recent experience in a UK accountancy practice, possess strong leadership and team management skills, and have a solid understanding of UK accounting standards and tax regulations.
This role offers a competitive salary of £52,000-£62,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package including flexible working, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, life assurance, health insurance scheme, gym membership, pension, and commission scheme.
