Business Development Leader

The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in spearheading commercial strategies to drive profitability within the Southwest Water Region for MWH Treatment. As a key member of the team, this position will directly report to the Regional Commercial Director.
Main Responsibilities:- Commercial Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor commercial strategies aligned with company objectives to ensure optimal growth and profitability.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of MWH Treatment are met, and contracts are managed effectively to minimize risks.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively mitigate commercial risks that may impact the company's profitability and reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive business growth and collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability, and drive financial performance to meet business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and supervise the commercial team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, and drive business success.
