**Job Description:** Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive - New Homes is an exciting role working for a prestigious and leading developer and apartment/house seller in the region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new homes in Exeter, Devon, and the surrounding South West area.
**About the Company:** Our client is a well-established and reputable developer and apartment/house seller with a strong presence in the region.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell new homes in Exeter and the surrounding area
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
**Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this role is up to £40,000 OTE, plus benefits and commission. The successful candidate will also receive ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
