Business Development Representative

Are you passionate about building strong business relationships and driving revenue growth? As a Sales Development Representative at Elis, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base while enjoying great rewards and recognition.
About the Role- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
- Engage with potential clients through in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
- Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth for the ICS division.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in field-based business development, account management, or similar roles.
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- A competitive base salary of £26,000-£28,000 with uncapped OTE of £50,000+.
