Business Growth Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Representative to join our Exeter-based team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Grow relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
- Use remote communication channels to prospect new clients.
- Hit KPIs such as sales volume, revenue per call, and number of successful contacts.
- Work towards sales targets with an attractive commission structure.

What You'll Need
- Sales experience: Proven telephone sales skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and relevant sales tools.
- Driven: A results-focused attitude with the ability to meet sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Organised: Strong time management and adaptability in various customer situations.
- Reliable: We need someone who is resilient, passionate about sales, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25-27,000 per annum (pro rata), plus performance-based commission and a range of benefits including parking, free lunch, kitchen facilities with tea/coffee, 23 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), Company Sick Pay.
