We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 days holiday plus bank holidays each year, a workplace pension scheme, and Employee Benefits Portal.

The successful candidate will work across a portfolio of client accounts, combining performance analytics, customer insight, and experimentation to deliver commercial impact. They will also support our experimentation programmes, ensuring sufficient velocity of testing, quality of thinking, scale of impact, and client satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about mathematics, science, and technology, with a degree in a mathematics or scientific discipline. You will also need to be a team player and confident communicator, available for travel and to be in our office at least once per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering analytical activities across a range of client engagements and data platforms
  • Combining quantitative and qualitative customer insight sources to identify and quantify causes of customer frustration and failure
  • Supporting experimentation programmes to deliver commercial impacts for our clients
