About This Opportunity

We are looking for a talented Digital Requirements Analyst to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our Programme of Change, you will play a crucial role in delivering business analysis services and driving real change and results.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the business to define, shape, and communicate business needs, ensuring they are crystal clear, actionable, and easy to implement.
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring some presence in our Exeter based Head Office.
Key Deliverables
  1. Collaborate with the Requirements Group Lead to deliver business analysis services.
  2. Work with the business to turn big-picture outcomes into clear, actionable requirements.
  3. Help stakeholders understand their needs and guide them through initiatives that can be fully explored and shaped to achieve specific outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the telecommunications and broadband sectors (preferable).
  • A significant level of experience in business analysis and/or business process re-engineering, with solid leadership experience.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams using Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Relevant business or process qualifications (e.g., BABOK, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM).
