Business Development Representative

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in sales. With no prior experience required, you will have the chance to gain valuable on-the-job training and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team. You will be expected to travel occasionally to meet with customers and attend company events.
Key responsibilities include:
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing sales strategies
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (with occasional Saturdays)
