Account Development Representative

This role includes:
- A competitive starting salary of £25-30k
- An estimated first-year OTE of £40,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Gaining in-depth understanding of their offerings and market landscape
- Assisting senior account managers with upselling and cross-selling into major accounts
- Independently managing and selling to smaller accounts
- Building relationships, rapport, and new business streams with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn, and targeted emails
Requirements:
- Degree-level education
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed
- Ambitious and determined
