Business Development Leader

A career-defining opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Accounts Manager looking to step into a leadership role at Ernest Gordon Recruitment's rapidly expanding wealth management group.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have the ability to develop and maintain client relationships while managing a portfolio of clients as needed.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day client interactions, managing junior accountants, supporting their training and development, and ensuring delivery of top-tier solutions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting clients with accounting and tax needs, monitoring accounts, and reviewing team outputs to maintain high quality standards.
About the Role- Managing a portfolio of clients as needed
- Handling day-to-day client requests as required
- Producing and Preparing accounts updates as needed
- Supporting Junior members of staff
- Develop and Maintain client relationships
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
About You- Related Degree
- Part Qualified looking to become fully qualified
- Commutable to Exeter
