We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support to global users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and developing IT solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Phone, email, and remote support to IT system users.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Developing IT solutions to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment.
  • Mobile device support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions.
