Executive Compensation Senior Consultant Job Description:

This role involves providing expert consulting services on executive compensation, including designing bespoke compensation packages for private companies. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial services remuneration regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support and project manage client engagements, working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and train team members on execution and client delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Maintain expertise in executive compensation, including UK corporate governance, incentive design, and financial services regulation.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification (Accountant, Actuary, Legal, CFA) and degree-level education preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and managing client relationships.
