ClearBank Ltd is seeking an experienced Remuneration Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for owning the reporting of reward activities for various cyclical executive reporting across the bank.

The ideal candidate will have experience running a reward function in a regulated bank or fintech and a strong understanding of the UK remuneration rules. The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the reporting of reward activities for various cyclical executive reporting across the bank.
  • Management of ad-hoc projects in line with strategic priorities, including the implementation of a new career levelling framework and pay scales.
  • Accountability for reward governance, including driving the agenda, producing reports for, and presenting at the respective Remuneration Committee's and owning remuneration policies and practices.
