As an Executive Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing regulatory submissions, determining Material Risk Taker populations, and drafting responses to regulatory queries. You will also be involved in public remuneration disclosures, remuneration committee meetings, and ad hoc projects related to remuneration rules.

\

This role requires approximately 1-3 years' experience in reward, compensation or tax, ideally within a Financial or Professional Services environment. Knowledge of European remuneration regulations is advantageous. Excellent analytical skills, project management abilities, and strong Excel skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

\
