About the Role

As Chief Executive Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a first-class executive reward strategy for our international business. This newly created role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead our Exec Reward team and work closely with senior stakeholders to shape our remuneration practices.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code. You will be responsible for drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report, collating data, and preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee.

You will also establish a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates to our Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices in the wider workforce. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising on senior hires, managing Company Share Schemes, and building strong relationships with colleagues across other teams.

Salary: Competitive salary (£120,000 - £180,000 per annum)
