Senior Executive Compensation Strategist

Morgan Philips Group is a global business partnering with leading organizations to hire top talent. As an Executive Compensation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing executive compensation plans that align with our clients' strategic goals.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the annual calendar of executive compensation activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Developing impactful RemCo materials, including analysis and stakeholder input.
- Contributing to the design and management of incentive plans that support business strategy.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including Reward, HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight, and business unit management.
- Bringing external insights into the Reward team using benchmarking and analytics.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive benefits package and hybrid working arrangements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- C2 years' experience in Executive Reward, ideally with RemCo papers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
