About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Remuneration Manager to join our team in London or Edinburgh. As a key member of our Performance & Reward team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing performance and reward frameworks to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate will have experience in total rewards and compensation within complex organisations or consulting on remuneration to complex organizations. Proven experience in implementing and administering comprehensive compensation and rewards programs is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the business through the provision of remuneration advice that is commercial, compliant and aligned to FSI vision, mission and strategy
  • Provide benchmarking, external market data/insights and remuneration related advice and proposals
  • Advise on job architecture, remuneration and performance frameworks to motivate diverse high-calibre talent, drive high-performance and support an inclusive culture
