As a Remuneration Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the development of remuneration structures, policies, and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and implementation of remuneration frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver People projects, such as the implementation of a new HR system.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving remuneration regulations and governance landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee compensation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
