Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Remuneration Strategy Lead to join our Oakleaf Partnership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive executive reward strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report, collating data, and preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee. You will also establish a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates to our Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices in the wider workforce.

Your expertise will be invaluable in advising on senior hires, managing Company Share Schemes, and building strong relationships with colleagues across other teams.

Salary: Competitive salary (£120,000 - £180,000 per annum)
