About the Role

As an Executive Reward Manager at Entain, you'll be a trusted advisor and in-house expert on executive reward and governance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support to the Remuneration Committee and other regulatory filing requirements
  • Drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report and liaising with external advisors
  • Collating data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filings
  • Working closely with the Head of Reward to establish processes for data collation and compliance
  • Taking the lead on Compensation deliverables and supporting projects
  • Designing and delivering training on executive reward topics
  • Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and market trends

Essential skills and qualifications include executive reward experience, knowledge of UK corporate governance, drafting RemCo papers and DRR experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, planning and project management skills, and commercially awareness.
