Director of Executive Remuneration

We are seeking a talented Director of Executive Remuneration to join our Oakleaf Partnership team. This role involves leading our Executive Reward Strategy, driving innovation and excellence in compensation practices.
The Director of Executive Remuneration will be responsible for developing and implementing a world-class executive remuneration strategy, aligned with our company values and goals.
Key responsibilities include drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report, collating data for inclusion, preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee, and establishing a reporting framework.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting the Directors' Remuneration Report and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collating data for inclusion in the DRR, including CEO pay ratio calculation.
- Preparing papers for the Remuneration Committee, providing high-quality service.
- Establishing a reporting framework to provide regular updates on remuneration practices.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of UK corporate governance environment.
- Commercially aware with strong strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A salary range of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
