Look no further than Entain Group We're seeking a highly skilled Executive Reward Manager to join our team, working closely with the Head of Reward to support the Reward function and contribute to the development of our Remuneration Committee.

Salary Package

The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. You'll also receive benefits such as an attractive bonus, a stake in our success through our ShareSave scheme, wellbeing support, and much more.

Responsibilities

As an Executive Reward Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on executive reward and governance matters, including building strong relationships with colleagues in other teams.
  • Drafting high-quality papers for the Remuneration Committee, obtaining input and approval from internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Collating data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements, and ensuring compliance with auditors' sign-off.

You'll also have the opportunity to shape the function and develop best-in-class processes, ensuring we meet our reporting and governance obligations.
