About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Reward Manager, Executive Compensation in the Entain Group, providing expertise on executive reward and governance matters. You will be responsible for developing and implementing remuneration strategies that align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with the Head of Reward to:

  • Develop and implement executive compensation plans, including bonus structures and equity awards.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, such as the Corporate Governance Code and UK corporate governance environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance, to ensure compliance and improve processes.

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £105,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses, share options, and wellbeing support.
