Senior Remuneration Specialist

As a Senior Remuneration Specialist at First Sentier Investors, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing performance and reward frameworks to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across FSI. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Risk, and senior leaders to provide expert advice on remuneration policies, practices and regulatory requirements.
Your experience should include:
- Experience in total rewards and compensation within organisations of significant complexity or consulting on remuneration to complex organizations.
- Proven experience in implementing and administering comprehensive compensation and rewards programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior management on remuneration-related matters and influencing stakeholders effectively.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a detail-oriented, solution-driven mindset and a 'can do' attitude to join our Performance & Reward team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of performance and reward principles, market trends, best practices, and compliance with relevant employment laws and remuneration regulations across various jurisdictions.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £65,000-£85,000 depending on location and experience.
