Sales Account Executive

Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team in Central Birmingham.
This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge software solutions and build relationships with decision-makers, driving growth and revenue expansion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Establish meaningful connections with potential clients through proactive outreach.
- Showcase software features and address customer needs.
- Schedule demos and secure appointments for the sales team.
As a Sales Account Executive, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in outbound B2B telesales to drive results.
**Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B telesales, preferably in SaaS or service management sectors.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other SDR platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in British English.
**What We Offer**
- Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+).
- Flexible hybrid working arrangement: 2 days a week in our Central Birmingham office.
