Sales Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to fill the role of Aerospace Sales Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join our team at Executive Network Group and contribute to the success of our business by promoting machinery sales across England and Wales.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with new and existing customers, developing account portfolios, driving new business sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will also be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team to generate business profitability.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Drive new business sales through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to generate business profitability.

Estimated Salary: Up to £65,000 basic, plus commission, company car, phone, laptop, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical healthcare, and full product training.
