Lavandi Talent is an award-winning beauty and cosmetics distributor seeking a Sales Strategy Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies, managing merchandising and promotional support, and monitoring sales results.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement sales strategies for targeting new national accounts
  • Monitor and report competitive trends and market developments and propose strategies
  • Manage the merchandising and promotional support for relevant outlets

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and profitability while working on top FMCG accounts. They will also have advanced Excel skills, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build and plan for success using sales metrics. Salary: up to £60,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus.
