We are seeking a skilled Aerospace Sales Manager to promote machinery sales across England and Wales, delivering high levels of customer service and achieving complete customer satisfaction.

This exciting role involves managing relationships with new and existing customers, developing account portfolios, driving new business sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in selling capital equipment across the construction equipment market, strong relationship-building skills, and a team player mentality. A valid UK driving licence is also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Drive new business sales through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to generate business profitability.

Salary Estimate: Up to £65,000 basic, plus commission, company car, phone, laptop, company pension scheme, 25 days holiday, life assurance, private medical healthcare, and full product training.
