**Sales Leadership Opportunity at Servicenow**

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as an Enterprise Account Director. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business revenue through account planning, territory planning, and executing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects or territories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the customer's business and IT roadmap to advise on how Servicenow can support their needs. Key responsibilities include overseeing client relationship mapping, orchestrating account strategies, and leading a broad virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.

A successful candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute account plans to generate new business revenue.
  2. Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies.
  3. Lead a broad virtual team across Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
  4. Establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  5. Produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships.
  6. Promote a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.

Requirements:

  • Remote work is available; however, candidates must reside in AL or MS.
  • Experience selling into State and Local Government accounts.
  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships.
  • Experience achieving sales targets.
  • The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT.
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
