An exciting opportunity awaits an accomplished sales professional to join Executive Network Group as an Agriculture Area Sales Manager.

About the Role

This senior position requires a seasoned sales expert to develop and execute a sales strategy for the agriculture sector, aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the construction equipment, plant machinery, or heavy equipment industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

The successful applicant will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with key accounts. A proficient understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy for the agriculture sector, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive business growth.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
  3. Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
  4. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to position Executive Network Group effectively.
  5. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the range of machinery, equipment, and services to effectively promote and sell to customers.
  6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing accurate forecasts and pipelines.
  7. Networking & Events: Represent Executive Network Group at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, company car, fuel card, generous annual leave allowance, flexible working schedule, and career growth opportunities are offered to the successful candidate.
