About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and use of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise customers on best practices for planning and building solutions using AWS services.
  • Represent AWS within a customer's environment and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support, and risk management.
  • Proactively maintain customers' AWS environments operationally healthy.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services is a dynamic team that drives revenue, adoption, and growth from largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. Our team interacts with leading companies and believes world-class support is critical to customer success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
  • 5 years of equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
