About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a trusted advisor, you will have a direct impact on helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology.

As a key member of our AWS Enterprise Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing costs and complexity.

You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage AWS cloud technology to achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  2. Develop trusting relationships with customers, understand their business needs and drivers, review service disruptions, and provide monthly/quarterly metrics and assist with pre-launch planning.
  3. Utilize technical skills to solve difficult support issues and technical challenges.
  4. Collaborate across multiple functions within AWS, including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, Global TAM teams, and Sales Account Managers.
