We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Partner Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Support team in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the success of Partner-Led enterprise support customers in building applications and services on the AWS platform.

About the Role:

  • Estimated Salary Range: 120000 - 180000 AUD per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using your technical acumen and customer obsession.
  • Collaborate with AWS experts including Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
