Technical Account Manager EMEA - AWS Enterprise Support

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team in EMEA. As a trusted advisor, you will have a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services.
  • Provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project, and launch planning as well as ongoing operational issues.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three or more of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
  • A strong understanding of AWS services and other cloud offerings.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per year
