We are seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Account Manager to join our team at Dow Jones. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Client Engagement Specialists (CES) in the EMEA region, focusing on retaining and nurturing professional business within the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client retention, customer success, or account management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience. They will possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and CRM systems, as well as fluency in English.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Job Description

As the EMEA Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional-specific retention strategies tailored to EMEA markets, aligning with company goals and driving client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Account Managers to ensure successful client engagement and retention within your assigned remit.

You will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting on retention metrics and churn risks, building a comprehensive risk radar to identify potential threats and opportunities for improvement in client relationships. Additionally, you will use analytics to evaluate performance, identify risks, and improve retention strategies.
