Job Title: IT Project Manager for EMEA Region

Estimated Salary: £36,000 per annum + travel expenses up to Zone 6

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage projects in the EMEA region.

About the Job:

  • Support leading project managers in various stages of projects, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
  • Lead and manage projects in your area of expertise, supporting at various stages, including planning, implementation, operations, and user support.
  • Conduct security assessments for customer offices/branches in the EMEA region.
  • Evaluate projects, conduct risk assessments, and propose improvements.
  • Work independently, multitask, and lead Enterprise Solutions projects and opportunities.
  • Attend customer meetings for project or maintenance contract work.
  • Visit customer premises with third-party vendors as needed for project or maintenance contract work.
  • Contact and coordinate third-party suppliers or other company resources to achieve trouble resolution.
  • Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested.
  • Travel to customer offices throughout the EMEA region for business purposes as required.
  • Maintain the company's Security Policy and keep all customer information secure.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports on customer issues as needed, and complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by line management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading and managing solution businesses for small to large-scale projects, including office relocation projects.
  • Knowledge in solution business with a wide range of ICT technology, especially in ICT infrastructure and ICT security.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Speaking and understanding Japanese is advantageous.
  • Independent worker - must be able to take on a task/project and complete it with little need for higher management involvement/assistance.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Flexible approach, able to work outside of normal working hours when requested.
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP Hana cloud is advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience in IT Security is advantageous.
